If you have recently updated your profile photo, brokerage logo, phone number, or any other profile information on roomvu but your social media content is still showing the old details, the reason depends on which type of branding your account uses.
Find out which branding type you have
Your branding type is determined by your roomvu plan:
Platinum or Diamond plan: You are using Platinum Design
Basic, Pro, or Omni-Presence plan: You are using Premium Branding
If you are on the Platinum or Diamond plan (Platinum Design)
Platinum Design themes are custom-built by roomvu's in-house design team. Because of this, profile changes you make on roomvu, such as a new photo, updated logo, or new phone number, do not automatically carry over to your content. Your social media posts will continue using the previous version of your design until you submit an update request to our design team.
To apply your changes to your content:
Go to your roomvu dashboard and click Brand Theme in the left menu.
Click Update Design.
You will be taken to extra.roomvu.com/platinum-designs where you can submit your update request.
Our design team will process your request and apply the updated information to your content.

If you are on the Basic, Pro, or Omni-Presence plan (Premium Branding)
Premium Branding templates pull your information directly from your roomvu profile. If your content is not reflecting your updated details, try the following:
Make sure your changes have been saved correctly on your profile.
Allow a short period of time for the update to propagate across your content.
Refresh your dashboard and check your content again.
If the information is still not updated after following these steps, book a support session and our team will look into it for you.
