roomvu offers two types of branding for your content, and understanding the difference between them is important, especially when you need to make updates to your profile information, photo, or logo. While both use your personal details to brand your content, they work very differently and are updated in different ways.
Platinum Design
Platinum Design is available exclusively to Platinum and Diamond plan subscribers. These are professionally crafted, custom video and image themes built by roomvu's in-house design team. They incorporate many elements of your personal brand including your colors, fonts, name typography, logo, brokerage logo, and profile photo, and allow for a high level of customization that is handled by the design team on your behalf.
Important: Because Platinum Designs are custom-built by our team, changes you make to your roomvu profile, such as updating your profile photo, logo, or other information, are not automatically applied to your Platinum Design. Your social media content will continue using the previous design until you submit an update request.
To update your Platinum Design, follow these steps:
Log in to your roomvu account and go to your Profile.
In the left menu on your dashboard, click Brand Theme.
Click Update Design.
You will be taken to the Platinum Design engine where you can submit your update request.

Premium Branding
Premium Branding is available to users on the Basic, Pro, and Premium (Omni-Presence) plans. It is a set of ready-made templates and color sets available directly on your roomvu dashboard. Like Platinum Design, these templates use your profile photo, logo, brokerage logo, name, email, phone number, and other profile details to brand your content.
Unlike Platinum Design, Premium Branding updates are made directly by you from your dashboard. There is no design team involved and no request process. However, customization options are more limited. You can select from available templates and color sets, but further adjustments such as custom fonts, typography, or bespoke design elements are not available.
When you update your profile information on roomvu, those changes will reflect in your Premium Branding templates automatically.

Your branding type is determined by your roomvu plan:
Platinum Design: Platinum and Diamond plan subscribers
Premium Branding: Basic, Pro, and Premium (Omni-Presence) plan subscribers
If you are unsure which plan you are on, check your plan details in your account settings.
Note: A common source of confusion is that both designs display your photo, logo, and personal information on your content. This can make it easy to assume that updating your profile will automatically refresh your branding everywhere. For Premium Branding this is true, but for Platinum Design you will always need to submit an update request for changes to take effect on your content.
