What Is a Platinum Design?

Platinum Design is roomvu's handcrafted, personalized branding system for real estate professionals. Rather than offering a generic template, roomvu's design team creates a complete visual identity tailored specifically to you — incorporating your name, photo, logo, brand colors, market, and niche. This design system is then automatically applied across all the social media content Roomvu creates for you, including social posts, story layouts, cover images, video intros, video outros, and more.

The key idea is brand consistency

once your Platinum Design is set up, every piece of content roomvu produces for you will have a cohesive, professional look that makes your content instantly recognizable to your audience on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Platinum Designs are created by real human designers (not auto-generated from cookie-cutter templates) and are optimized for social media formats. They are also automatically applied to every new piece of content Roomvu creates for you going forward, so there's no manual work on your end once the design is live.

How It Works

The process follows three simple steps:

Step 1 — Choose Your Design Style

You browse the Platinum Design gallery on the page and select a visual style that matches your vibe. Designs are organized into three categories depending on your use case: Individual, Team, and Brokerage. Each design has a preview thumbnail and a short description of its aesthetic.

Step 2 — Submit Your Details

After selecting a design, you scroll down to the submission form and provide your personal and branding information. This tells the Roomvu design team what they need to customize the design specifically for you.

Step 3 — roomvu Personalizes and Applies It

The roomvu team handcrafts the design to match your brand and applies it to your content stream. Most customizations are completed within 1–2 business days. The design goes live automatically — you won't receive a preview first, but you can always send comments afterward and the team will make adjustments.

For videos specifically, every video gets the full Platinum treatment: a branded intro (your logo, name, and colors open every video), custom content overlays and design elements throughout, and a branded outro with your contact info and a call to action.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Platinum Designs Page

2. Browse the Design Gallery

Scroll down to the "Select Your Platinum Design" section. At the top of the gallery, you'll see three tabs:

Individual

Solo designs for individual agents. Each features a unique visual style, such as navy accents, cityscape backgrounds, teal highlights, geometric patterns, or gold luxury themes.

Team

Designs built for real estate teams and partnerships. These showcase multiple agent photos and unified team branding.

Brokerage

Designs tailored for brokerage-level branding. These prominently feature brokerage logos and corporate color schemes from brands like Primerica, Chubb, Farmers, ERA, Keyes, and more.

Click on the tab that matches your situation, then browse the design previews.

3. Select a Design

Once you find a design you like, click the "Select" button underneath it. Then click "Continue to form"

4. Fill Out the Submission Form

Scroll down to the "Submit Your Selection" section. The form will show which design you selected at the top. Fill in the following fields:

  • Full Name (required) — Your full name as you want it displayed.

  • Email (required) — Your email address.

  • Phone (optional) — Your phone number.

  • Company / Brokerage (required) — The name of your brokerage or company.

  • Role (required) — Select your role from the dropdown menu.

  • City / Market (required) — The city or market area you serve.

  • Color Preference (required) — Choose one of three options: "I have my own brand colors (I'll provide hex codes)," "Use my brokerage's official colors," or "Help me choose colors."

  • Do you want custom background footage for videos? (required) — Choose whether you'd like custom city skyline or neighborhood footage in your videos, standard backgrounds, or if you'd like to discuss it.

  • Additional Notes (optional) — A free-text field where you can mention specific logos to include, your desired vibe, niche, audience, or any Equal Housing/REALTOR® logo requirements.

5. Confirm and Submit

Check the confirmation box that reads "I confirm this is my final selection (we'll customize it to me)." Then click the **Submit Selection** button to send your request to the Roomvu design team.

6. Wait for Your Design to Go Live

Most Platinum Designs are completed within 1–2 business days. The design will be applied directly to your content; there is no preview step. Once it's live, you can send feedback or request adjustments.

Additional Things to Know

  • You don't need a logo or brand kit to get started.

Many agents don't have one. Just mention it in the notes section and the Roomvu team will work with whatever you have; even if it's just your name and preferred colors. They can guide you through simple brand choices.

  • Logos and compliance marks are supported.

roomvu can embed any logos you need, including Equal Housing, REALTOR®, your brokerage logo, team logo, or personal brand mark. If you need multiple logos on your content, they can arrange them cleanly in a single design.

  • You can switch designs later.

roomvu recommends keeping a design for at least 2–3 months for brand consistency, but you can always ask to change your design or background afterward.

  • Team and Brokerage designs scale.

If you're on a Team or Brokerage plan, Roomvu can create variations for each team member while keeping consistent branding across the entire group.

What changed?

Previously, setting up your Platinum Design required several manual steps and coordination with our team, which could extend the timeline. The new process replaces this with a streamlined intake page where you submit everything in one go.

How it works

  1. Visit the intake page at extra.roomvu.com/platinum-designs

  2. Select your preferred design style.

  3. Submit your branding information and any relevant details.

  4. Our design team prepares your setup within 2 business days.

  5. Your finalized designs are automatically added to your content calendar, ready to go live.

What stays the same?

Your branding and personalization remain at the center of every design. The new process is simply a faster way to get your customized content live.

Will more design styles be added?

Yes. We are continuously expanding the styles available on the intake page, so you will see new options added over time.

Does this apply to design updates too?

Yes. Going forward, all new designs as well as updates to existing designs will be handled through the intake page at extra.roomvu.com/platinum-designs.
