What is causing this?
roomvu connects to Facebook's API to both send your ad data to Facebook and retrieve your campaign analytics back to your dashboard. Occasionally this connection requires updates or adjustments on our end, which can cause your analytics to stop updating automatically. When this happens, your ad may appear to have no spend or impressions even though it may actually be running.

This is not something you can fix from your end. It requires our technical team to investigate and resolve on the backend.
