If your Facebook ad is currently pending, follow this guide to quickly resolve the issues and ensure your ad goes live seamlessly.
Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Page to Roomvu
To run ads on Facebook via Roomvu, your Facebook Page must be connected to our platform. Here's how:
Log in to your Roomvu dashboard by clicking here.
Click the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top-right corner.
Navigate to the Content Calendar tab.
Click the Connect button next to the Facebook icon.
Follow the prompts and accept all permissions to complete the process.
Step 2: Accept Facebook’s Terms of Service
Before your ad can go live, Facebook requires you to accept their Terms of Service. Here’s what to do:
Click here to access the Facebook Terms of Service.
Use the drop-down menu in the top-left corner to select the Facebook Business Page connected to Roomvu.
Click Accept to confirm.
Manual Page Assignment (If Your Ad Remains Pending)
If your Smart Ad is still pending, it may be because the Facebook Page was connected to Roomvu with a user who does not have an “Owner” or “Administrator” role. Someone with an Owner/Admin role on the page should follow these steps to fix this. After completing them, please inform Roomvu support.
Approving Through the Facebook Page
Visit your Facebook Page and make sure you are selecting the correct profile from the top-right corner.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the left-hand menu, select Page Setup and then Page Access.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and accept the partner’s access request from Content Media RV.
Shorter Way
If you’ve selected the correct profile, click here to directly approve the partner access request.
Alternative Method (If the Above Did Not Work)
If the direct link doesn’t work, try this instead:
Have the agent log in to their Facebook account and visit this URL to approve the request we sent.
What Happens If the Issues Are Not Resolved?
If the issues are not resolved within two weeks, Roomvu will take action to ensure your ad runs without interruption. Your ad will be moved to another account named "Real Estate Trends," maintaining your branding and campaign details.
