This article explains Roomvu’s refund policy in simple terms, including subscriptions, Facebook Ads, and special conditions such as the 7-day guarantee.
Please read carefully before requesting a refund.
1. Subscription Refund Policy
No Refunds After Payment Is Processed
All subscription sales are final.
Roomvu does not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a billing cycle has started, your subscription will continue until the end of that billing term.
If you cancel:
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan once the paid term expires.
You will not receive a partial refund for unused time.
7-Day Guarantee
Roomvu offers a 7-day refund window from the original purchase date only.
Annual Subscriptions
Cancel within 7 days of original purchase → Full refund
Cancel after 7 days → No refund
Service continues until the end of the annual term
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel within 7 days of original purchase → Full refund
Cancel after 7 days → No refund
Service continues until the end of that billing month
Important:
The 7-day guarantee applies only to the original purchase, not to renewals.
When the 7-Day Refund Does NOT Apply
You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following actions have occurred:
You have downloaded or published a video
You have shared a video on social media
You have used email marketing to send emails to contacts
If any of the above actions are taken, the subscription becomes non-refundable even within the 7-day window.
2. Automatic Renewal Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To prevent renewal, you must cancel:
Through your Roomvu account before the renewal date
Or by contacting support@roomvu.com before renewal
If you subscribed through:
App Store → Cancel through your App Store settings
Google Play → Cancel through Google Play settings
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.
3. Facebook Ads Refund Policy
Refund requests for Facebook Ads may be granted only if:
The ad has not been activated
The ad budget has not been spent
The request is made within 14 days from the date the ad order was placed in the Roomvu system
If the advertising funds have already been spent on your behalf, including:
Lead generation campaigns
Display advertisements
No refund will be granted.
You can verify ad spend activity on your dashboard.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees are auto-invoiced monthly on your signup date unless otherwise specified.
Roomvu may modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
Once payments are processed, fees are non-refundable.
