This article explains Roomvu's refund policy in plain terms — the 7-day money-back guarantee, what happens after 7 days, renewals, disputes, and how paid ads are handled.

Please read carefully before requesting a refund.

The 7-day money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you can request a 100% refund — no questions asked. When the refund is issued, your paid access ends that same day and your account moves to the Free plan.

The 7-day guarantee applies to your original subscription purchase. Renewal charges are handled separately — see Renewals below.

After 7 days

Once the 7-day window has passed, there is no automatic refund. Your plan stays active and runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then downgrades to the Free plan.

We understand situations come up. After 7 days, any refund is reviewed case-by-case and granted at the discretion of our support team — it is not guaranteed, and approved exceptions can take time to review. If you'd like us to look at your account, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee — that guarantee applies to your original purchase.

If a renewal catches you off guard, you can contact us and we'll review your account, but a refund on a renewal is case-by-case and at our team's discretion — it is not automatic. The best way to avoid an unwanted renewal is to cancel before your renewal date from your Roomvu account, or contact us ahead of time.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through those store settings.

Charges under dispute

If a charge is disputed (for example, a chargeback through your bank or card provider), the amount is frozen and resolved through that dispute process — it is never handled as a separate refund. Your paid access is suspended for the period the dispute is open.

Paid ads

The 7-day guarantee covers your subscription, but it does not cover paid advertising. Here's how ad money is handled:

  • Ad spend already sent to Meta — never refunded, at any point. Once it's with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Meta holds it, not Roomvu.

  • Ads service / management fee — not covered by the 7-day guarantee once your campaign has launched.

  • Budget not yet deployed — always refunded in full. If we're still holding the money, it goes back.

Your subscription still keeps its 7-day guarantee. On a plan that includes ads (for example, Lead Magnet), you still get your full subscription charge back within 7 days of your first payment — only the ads portion is carved out. And by default we don't launch ads or auto-rerun campaigns in the first 7 days, so in most cases there's nothing to carve out at all.

Fees and billing

  • Fees are auto-invoiced on your billing date unless otherwise specified.

  • Roomvu may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

How to request a refund

Billing and refund requests are handled by email. Contact info@roomvu.com and our team will help. You can review your ad spend and charges any time from your dashboard.
