The Immersive Tour feature transforms your property listing into an interactive, virtual walkthrough that gives viewers the feeling of touring the home in person. Add your AI Avatar and cloned voice on top, and your listings feel personally presented by you, without you filming a thing.
This guide covers how to enable your avatar for immersive tours and how to create one from start to finish.
Make Sure You Have Voice Clone and Avatar Created
First, make sure you've cloned your voice and created your avatar in the settings.
Enable Avatars for Immersive Tours
To enable your avatar for immersive tours:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click the Settings (⚙️ gear icon) at the top-right corner.
From the left-side menu, select Talking Avatar and then click "Settings".
In front of Immersive tour, make sure talking avatar is set to "On"
Also make sure you have cloned your vouce, If you don’t already have a cloned voice, read this article to learn how to create one.
Once set, your future listing videos will automatically use your cloned voice.
How to Generate Immersive Tours
The Immersive Tour feature transforms your property listing into an interactive, virtual walkthrough that gives viewers the feeling of touring the home in person.
To create an Immersive Tour:
From your dashboard, click MLS Listings on the left-side menu.
Find any listing and click the "Immersive /tour"
Wait a few minutes while roomvu’s system fetches your listings data. Here you will see a preview of the data.
If needed you can edit the listings info by clicking "Edit"
You can choose to include the avatar in the immersive tour or not
View and edit the photos to be used in the immersive tour by clicking "Edit" above the images.
Please ensure you have sufficient high-quality photos of the exterior, living room, kitchen, and bedrooms to generate an immersive tour. If any of these are missing, the tour cannot be created, and you will receive an error message stating that the listing lacks enough high-quality photos.
One you are happy with the images click "Continue". Now choose between:
Walking Avatar: Your avatar walks through the listing.
Static Avatar: Your avatar presents from a fixed position.
Please note: The "Walking Avatar" feature uses evolving technology and is currently in beta, so occasional glitches may occur.
If your walking avatar immersive tour has visual issues or doesn't look as expected, you can regenerate it using the Static Avatar. You will not be charged additional AI credits as long as it is for the exact same listing (re-importing the same listing via a different method will result in extra charge for immersive tour generation).
Click "Generate" for the immervie tour type you have chosen. Now you need to pick from post size or reel size (9:16 Vertical)
In the next step you can view and edit the script for the AI Voice-over and chnage
Once happy Click "Generate". This will charge 250 AI Credits. Generating. Generating immersive tour will take a few minutes.
