roomvu gives you control over where AI Avatars are used across different content types. If you want AI Avatars to appear only in certain videos, or not at all in others, you can manage this easily from your account settings.

What Are AI Avatars?
AI Avatars are animated versions of your AI-generated likeness that move and speak using your cloned voice. They appear in videos as if you are personally presenting or narrating the content.
AI Avatars are designed to:
Add a strong human presence to your videos
Increase watch time and engagement
Help you stay visible without recording yourself every time
What Are AI Avatar Settings?
AI Avatar Settings allow you to control whether AI Avatars are used in:
Immersive Tours
Editable Videos
This gives you flexibility to decide where an animated, speaking version of you appears.
How to Change AI Avatar Usage Settings
Step 1: Log in to your Roomvu account
Sign in and stay on your main dashboard.
Step 2: Open Settings
Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the page to enter Settings.
Step 3: Go to AI Avatar & Voice
From the left menu under Profile, click AI Avatar & Voice.
Step 4: Find AI Avatar Settings
Scroll down until you see the AI Avatar Settings section.
Step 5: Choose where AI Avatars are used
Here, you can turn AI Avatars on or off for:
Immersive Tours
Editable Videos
Adjust each option based on how you want your content to appear.
Step 6: Save your changes
After making your selections, click Save Settings at the top of the page.
Your changes will apply to future content.
Can I Change This Later?
Yes. You can return to Settings → AI Avatar & Voice → AI Avatar Settings at any time to update your preferences as your content strategy or comfort level changes.
