Roomvu allows you to control how AI Portraits are used for different content types. If you prefer AI Portraits to appear only in certain places, or not at all for specific content, you can easily manage this from your account settings.
This guide shows you how to turn AI Portraits on or off for Video Covers and News Slideshows.
What Are AI Portrait Settings?
AI Portrait Settings let you decide whether your AI Portrait is used in:
Video Covers (the intro or cover frame of your videos)
News Slideshows
These settings give you more flexibility and control over how your brand appears across different types of content.
How to Change AI Portrait Usage Settings
Step 1: Log in to your Roomvu account
Sign in and stay on the main dashboard.
Step 2: Open Settings
Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the page to enter Settings.
Step 3: Go to AI Avatar & Voice
From the left menu under Profile, click AI Avatar & Voice.
Step 4: Find AI Portrait Settings
Scroll down until you see the AI Portrait Settings section.
Step 5: Choose where AI Portraits are used
Here, you can toggle AI Portraits on or off for:
Video Covers
News Slideshows
Adjust each option based on how you want your content to appear.
Step 6: Save your changes
After making your selections, click Save Settings at the top of the page.
Your changes will apply to future content.
Need to Update These Settings Later?
You can return to Settings → AI Avatar & Voice → AI Portrait Settings at any time to update your preferences as your branding or content strategy changes.
