At Roomvu, we offer Platinum Branding Design exclusively for our Platinum (or higher) subscribers. Our expert designers work closely with you to create a custom branding design that perfectly reflects your business. This branding will be applied to your videos, images, and other content shared on your social media platforms.
Eligibility for Platinum Branding Design & Redesign
• New Platinum Subscribers: If you have recently upgraded to a Platinum subscription, you are eligible to receive a custom branding design tailored to your business.
• Redesign Requests: If 6 months have passed since your last branding design or redesign, you can request a new branding update.
How to Request a Branding Redesign
1. Check Your Eligibility
• Ensure that you have a Platinum (or higher) subscription.
• Make sure at least 6 months have passed since your last branding design or update.
2. Submit Your Request
• Head to "Branding Theme" section on your profile and click "Update Design". This will take you to our "Platinum Design Request Form" where you can pick from the options.
3. Collaboration with Our Designers
• Our team will review your request and work with you to create the best branding design for your business.
• Once finalized, your new branding will be applied to all your Roomvu-generated content.
