Depending on your profession, subscription plan, and location, roomvu may automatically include a logo in the intro of your videos. Here's how it works.
Who Sees a Logo in Their Video Intro
roomvu displays intro logos for specific account types as a compliance and professionalism standard.
Equal Housing Logo (6 seconds)
If your account is set to one of the following professions and you are based in the USA, roomvu automatically displays the Equal Housing logo at the start of your video intros:
Real Estate Agent
Commercial Agent
Mortgage Broker
This logo appears for 6 seconds at the beginning of eligible videos.
Other Professions
For users who are not in insurance or finance, roomvu displays the relevant logos in video intros as applicable to their account type.
Note: Insurance and finance users do not have intro logos displayed.
Platinum Plan: Custom Logo Management
If you are on the Platinum plan, your dedicated roomvu team can add and manage custom logos directly from the Platinum Express dashboard. This gives Platinum users full control over what appears in their video intros rather than relying on a system-assigned logo.
To request changes to your intro logo as a Platinum user, contact your roomvu account team.
When the Logo Does Not Appear
Not all roomvu videos include an intro segment. In those cases, the Equal Housing logo (or any other intro logo) will not be displayed, as there is no intro to attach it to. This is expected behavior and does not indicate an issue with your account.
