Always Review Your AI-Generated Content Before It Posts (Typos, Glitches, and Avatar Looks)

AI-generated posts can occasionally contain small typos, visual glitches, or an avatar look you don’t love. A careful review after generation, and a regeneration when needed, keeps your feed exactly how you want it.

roomvu’s AI creates polished creative posts and slideshows in minutes, but like all AI-generated content anywhere today, occasional imperfections can happen: a small typo, an odd visual detail, a glitch in the design, or an avatar pose or outfit you’re not thrilled with. It’s part of how current AI technology works, and the technology is improving all the time.

That’s why one habit matters more than any other when you create content with AI: review it carefully after generation, before it reaches your audience.

Why Reviewing Matters

When you generate a creative post or slideshow, it’s scheduled on your calendar and will be shared to your social media as planned. If a post with a typo, glitch, or an avatar look you dislike goes out unreviewed, your audience sees it.

And here’s the important part: once content is posted, it cannot be taken down automatically. You would have to go to each social platform and delete the post one by one, manually. A one-minute review before it posts saves all of that.

About Your AI Slideshows: Regenerate, Not Customize

Sometimes users aren’t happy with how their avatar appears in a generated post or would like to edit the slideshows: the pose, the clothing, avatar, the text, data etc. Here’s what to know:

  • AI-generated avatars are not customizable. You cannot pick a specific avatar for a given post, define a specific pose, or control element placement in the design

  • If you’re not happy, regenerate. Each generation produces a fresh result, so regenerating gives you a new look

  • You can regenerate, but you cannot edit. There is no editing of the avatar’s appearance within a generated post

This is where AI technology currently stands, the same as every AI tool on the market today. The technology is improving rapidly, and as it matures, so will the control and consistency of generated avatars.

The Simple Workflow: Generate → Review Carefully → Regenerate if Needed

1. Generate your content as usual

2. Review it carefully, right away. Click View Generated Content when generation finishes and look through every slide. Check:

  • Spelling of names, neighborhoods, and headlines

  • Numbers like prices and dates

  • Visual elements: branding and overall design

  • Your avatar: the pose, the clothing, the overall look

3. If anything looks off, or you don’t like the avatar’s look, regenerate. AI output varies between runs, so regenerating typically resolves typos, glitches, and avatar looks you’re unhappy with. Don’t leave a post you’re not satisfied with on your calendar.

4. Happy with it? Let it post. Once it passes your review, it’s ready for your audience.

A Note on How AI Content Works

AI generation is not a fixed template, each run produces a fresh result. That’s what makes the content unique, but it’s also why results should be reviewed rather than assumed perfect, and why specific elements can’t be dictated or edited. Glitches and mistakes are probable with all current AI tools, roomvu’s included, and the review step is the professional standard for using them.

Think of the AI as a very fast designer on your team: it does the heavy lifting in minutes, and you give the final approval before anything represents your brand publicly.

Quick Checklist Before Any AI Post Goes Live

  • Did I open and view the generated content?

  • Are all names, numbers, and text correct on every slide?

  • Do the visuals and my branding look right?

  • Am I happy with my avatar’s look, pose, and clothing?

  • If anything is off: did I regenerate instead of leaving it scheduled?

Remember: once it posts, removal is manual, platform by platform, post by post.
