Some agents ask why they are unable to generate more AI Portraits and why they see limits based on their plan. This guide explains how AI Portrait limits work, why they exist, and what to expect going forward.
Why AI Portraits Have Generation Limits
AI Portrait generation is a resource-intensive process. Each portrait requires advanced AI computing power to analyse facial features, lighting, pose, and styling.
To keep the platform stable and reliable for everyone, Roomvu applies weekly or monthly limits based on subscription plans. These limits help prevent system overload and ensure fair usage across all users.
AI Portrait Limits by Plan
Your AI Portraits are randomly used in your slideshows, and the number you can generate depends on your plan:
Free: 1 AI Portrait total
Basic: 1 AI Portrait per month
Premium: 1 AI Portrait per week
Platinum & Diamond: 3 AI Portraits per week
Once you reach your limit, you’ll need to wait until the next reset period before generating more.
Why It’s Important to Be Intentional When Generating AI Portraits
Because of these limits, we strongly encourage users to pay close attention to details before generating AI Portraits.
Before you generate, make sure:
You are happy with the overall style you want
The look, pose, and clothing match your brand
You are confident in the idea you have in mind
Being intentional helps reduce the need to regenerate portraits and ensures you get the best possible result within your available limit.
Can I Redo or Generate More Portraits Right Away?
If you’ve reached your plan limit, additional portraits cannot be generated until your limit resets. This is expected behaviour and not an error.
If you do not want AI Portraits to be used at all, you can disable the feature from your account settings.
What’s Coming Next
We understand that users want more flexibility and control.
In the future, Roomvu plans to introduce a credit-based system. This will give users more freedom to decide how many AI Portraits they generate and when to use them, based on available credits.
Key Takeaway
AI Portrait limits exist to protect system performance
Limits vary by subscription plan
Being intentional reduces the need for redoing portraits
More flexible options are planned for the future
