How to Disable AI Portraits in Your roomvu Account

Learn how to disable AI Portraits in your roomvu account if you do not want AI-generated images, including step-by-step instructions and an alternative email request option.

Some users prefer not to use AI-generated images or portraits in their Roomvu content. This can be for different reasons, including:

  • Privacy or consent concerns

  • The AI portraits do not look like you

  • You do not like the pose, clothing, or style

  • You want to modify or replace the images

  • You simply prefer not to use AI portraits

If you want your AI portraits removed, you can disable this feature directly from your account. This is the fastest and recommended option.


Option 1: Disable AI Portraits From Your Account (Recommended)

Step 1: Log in to your Roomvu account

Sign in and stay on the main dashboard.


Step 2: Open Settings

Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the page to enter Settings.


Step 3: Go to AI Portraits

From the left menu, under the Profile section, click AI Portraits.


Step 4: Disable AI Portraits

Click Disable AI-Portraits.

Once disabled, Roomvu will stop generating and using AI portraits for your account.


Option 2: Email Our Team (If You Cannot Access Your Account)

If you are unable to log in to your account for any reason, you can email us at:

Please include:

  • Your regisreted account email

  • A clear request to disable AI portraits

⚠️ Please note: Email requests may take longer to process. If you have access to your account, disabling the feature yourself is the fastest option.


What Happens After You Disable AI Portraits?

✅ AI portraits will no longer be generated or used
✅ Your content will not include AI-generated images of you
✅ You can re-enable the feature later if you change your mind
