How to add or change a listing label
From your roomvu dashboard, click MLS Listings in the left menu.
Find the listing you want to edit.
Click Listing Studio.
Click the Template tab.
In the Label section, click Change.
Select the label you want from the dropdown list.
Save your changes.
The selected label will now appear on your listing video or image when it is shared on social media or added to your content calendar.
Tips for using labels effectively
Use Just Listed or New Listing as soon as a property hits the market to create early buzz.
Switch to Open House when you have an upcoming showing and pair it with the date and time for maximum impact.
Update to Price Reduced promptly when a price change happens as this type of content tends to generate strong engagement.
Use Just Sold after closing to showcase your track record and build credibility with your audience.
If none of the labels apply, simply select None to keep the listing visual clean.
