Listing Carousels are roomvu's newest way to promote your listings on social media. Alongside still images, listing videos, and Immersive Tours, you can now create eye-catching slideshows featuring beautiful graphics, your listing's details, and your agent branding, all designed to stop the scroll and get your property noticed.
How to Create a Listing Carousel
Step 1: Pick the posting day
Go to your Content Calendar and click on the day you'd like the listing carousel to be posted.
Step 2: Select Listing Carousel
Under the Create Your Own section, click Listing Carousel.
Step 3: Choose your listing
Pick the listing you'd like to create the carousel for, then click Create Content.
Step 4: Set the listing status and price
On the next step, pick the listing's status:
Just Listed
Just Sold
Open House
Price Reduced
Rental
Under Contract
Then enter the price for the listing.
You can also edit the listing's info here. This takes you into the Listing Studio.
Step 5: Pick your photos
Choose the photos of the listing you'd like to feature in the carousel.
Tip: aim for 4 photos that show different aspects of the property, the exterior, different rooms, and unique features. Variety makes the carousel far more engaging than four similar shots.
Step 6: Choose a template and create
Pick the template for your carousel and click Create Post. Generation takes around 3 minutes.
After Your Carousel Is Created
Click View Generated Content to see your carousel. It will be automatically scheduled on the day you chose in your calendar. You can also download the images and share them manually wherever you like.
