Once you've connected roomvu to Claude or ChatGPT, your AI assistant can do a lot more than answer questions. It can pull real data from your account and make real changes to it.
This article maps out what's available. If you haven't connected yet, start with How to Connect roomvu to Claude or ChatGPT Using the roomvu MCP, or jump straight to the guided setup at onboarding.roomvu.com/mcp.
First, the important part
Your AI assistant acts as you. It's signed in to your roomvu account, so anything it does is the same as you doing it in the dashboard.
Some actions only read information. Others change your account — publishing posts, editing listings, deleting testimonials, or changing your subscription. Always read back what your assistant says it's about to do before you confirm it.
Nothing is scheduled, deleted, or purchased unless you ask for it.
Create content
Your assistant can generate content the same way the dashboard does, using your content tags and your market.
Write a post from a topic you describe
Build a creative carousel post in one of nine styles: Pinterest Lifestyle, Neighborhood Explorer, Luxury Editorial, Whiteboard Storytelling, Infographic Dashboard, Comic Storyboard, Before & After, Social Chat Screens, or Documentary Film Frames
Generate a bio video from a template
Import an outside news article and turn it into a post
Show you your content tags and available content angles
Try: "Make me a Luxury Editorial carousel about the spring market in my city and schedule it for Thursday morning."
Run your content calendar
See everything scheduled for the next 14 days
Schedule a post, or share one right now
Like, dislike, or delete a scheduled post — and say why, so future content gets better
Review and change your calendar settings: weekly content mix, listings/events/testimonials toggles, second-language percentage, Instagram story vs. feed, default caption, hashtags, and keyword or geographic blocks
Pause automatic sharing to your social accounts, then turn it back on
Turn compliance review on or off and set your compliance contact
News sources. You can tell your assistant which news sites you want more of and which ones to block entirely. It can list, add, remove, or replace either list.
Try: "Show me what's scheduled this week, and block anything from that news site I don't like."
Manage listings
List your active, inactive, sold, leased, or under-contract listings
Search for a listing by address or by listing ID
Import a listing from a URL, or pull every listing from a Zillow profile at once
Add a listing manually
Assign a listing to your account, or to specific agents if you manage a team
Update price, status, address, bed/bath, photo order, and cover photo
Remove a listing from your account
Try: "Mark 123 Main Street as sold at $1.24M and make the kitchen photo the cover."
Reviews and testimonials
Import reviews from supported sources
Find your Zillow reviews automatically
Look up your business on Google Maps to pull reviews in
List everything you've collected, and remove any single testimonial
Leads and AI Caller
Pull your leads with search, sorting, and filters by source, tag, follow-up state (nurturing, needs response, hot lead, closed), or date
Check and update your AI Call policy — separate settings for calls to leads and calls to you
Try: "Show me every hot lead from the last 30 days that came in through my landing pages."
AI portraits
Generate a new AI portrait from one of your photos
List the portraits you already have
Set a portrait as the default for a specific category
Delete a portrait, or turn AI portraits off across your videos and slideshows
Profile and market data
Read your full profile — brokerage, tagline, bio, specialties, content tags, social links
Update any of it
Upload a new profile photo
Pull market update data for a city and region
Try: "Rewrite my bio to lead with my investment and development experience, then update it."
Account and next steps
See your current subscription details
See the plans available to you
Ask what to do next — your assistant can pull your suggested next action based on how much of roomvu you're actually using
Heads up: your assistant can also change your video subscription. It will only do this if you explicitly ask. If you're unsure about a plan change, do it in the dashboard or talk to us first.
Try: "What's the single best thing I could do in roomvu this week that I'm not doing?"
How agents actually use this
Reviving a stale listing. A listing has sat 40 days and needs a price adjustment plus a post that doesn't sound like a retreat. One sentence: "Pull my active listings, drop 1847 Oak to $1.19M, make the renovated kitchen shot the cover, and build a Before & After carousel about the adjustment for Thursday." Four dashboard screens become one instruction you can give between showings.
Setting up compliance in one pass. If your brokerage requires review before anything goes out: "Turn on compliance review, set my broker as the contact, block these three news domains, and drop my news mix to 30%." Three settings screens, one sentence.
Getting better results
Be specific about dates, cities, and platforms. "Schedule it Thursday at 9am to Instagram and Facebook" beats "post it soon."
Ask it to show you before it acts: "list what you're about to change first."
If something looks wrong, say so. Disliking a scheduled post with a reason feeds directly back into what you get next week.
