How to get help

For all billing related issues, please send an email to info@roomvu.com describing your issue. Once your email is received, a support ticket is automatically created and assigned to our billing team who will address it as quickly as possible.

This is the fastest and most reliable way to get your billing issue resolved. Emailing us creates a formal record of your request and ensures it is routed directly to the team best equipped to help you.

Please note: Billing issues are not handled through support sessions

Our support sessions are designed to help you get the most out of your Roomvu account, covering topics like setup, features, content, and technical questions. Billing related matters fall outside the scope of these sessions and cannot be addressed during a support call.

If you book a support session and bring up a billing issue during the call, our support representative will ask you to follow up by sending an email to info@roomvu.com so it can be properly handled by the billing team.
