Important: make sure you send the email from the email address you used to register on roomvu. This is how we detect your account and get you to the right team quickly. Emails sent from a different address can delay the process since we won’t be able to match you to your account.

A quick note for users who usually join our group support (breakout) sessions: website setup is not handled in breakout sessions. Setting up a website takes more time than a group session allows, so it requires a dedicated website support session instead, booked by emailing us as described above.
