roomvu allows you to manage and update your contact list easily for your email marketing campaigns. If a contact’s name or email address needs to be corrected or updated, you can edit it directly from your contact list.

This guide explains how to edit your contacts inside the Email Campaigns section.


Why You May Need to Edit a Contact

You may want to edit a contact if:

  • The name is misspelled

  • The email address needs to be updated

  • You want to correct or organize your contact list

How to Edit a Contact

Step 1: Go to Email Campaigns

Log in to your Roomvu account and click Email Campaigns from the left menu.


Step 2: Open All Contacts

Click All Contacts to view your contact lists.


Step 3: Choose the Contact Category

Select the contact category you want to edit and click Review.

This will open the list of contacts in that category.


Step 4: Edit the Contact

Find the contact you want to update and click the pen icon next to their name.

You can now edit:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address


Step 5: Save the Changes

After making your updates, click Update Contact to save the changes.

Your contact information will now be updated in your list.
