For Platinum and Diamond plans, email delivery is powered by Constant Contact, providing enhanced email infrastructure and performance.

This feature helps you professionally promote your listings, stay top of mind with your audience, and increase visibility for your properties.


What Is the Listing Email Feature?

The Listing Email feature allows you to:

  • Send your property listings to your contact list

  • Use ready-to-send, professionally designed templates

  • Automatically personalize emails with contact information

  • Include listing images and descriptions

  • Edit subject lines and email content before sending

Templates are professionally designed and optimized for readability and engagement.


Before You Start

Before sending a listing email, make sure:

  • Your listing has already been imported into your Roomvu account

  • Your contacts are uploaded inside Email Campaigns

If your listing is not imported yet, you must import it first before using this feature.


How to Send a Listing Email

Step 1: Go to Email Campaigns

Log in to your Roomvu account and click Email Campaigns from the left menu.


Step 2: Open the Listings Tab

Click the Listings tab inside Email Campaigns.


Step 3: Choose When to Send

Select the date and time you want your email to be sent.

You can schedule it or send it sooner depending on your strategy.


Step 4: Select the Listing

From the dropdown menu, choose the listing you want to promote.

Roomvu will automatically populate the email template with the listing details and images.


Step 5: Select Your Contacts

Choose the contact list you would like the email to be sent to.

Make sure your contacts have opted in to receive marketing emails.


Step 6: Review and Customize

You can:

  • Edit the subject line

  • Modify the email body text

  • Adjust messaging to match your tone

While templates are professionally structured, personalization can increase engagement.


Step 7: Send a Test Email (Recommended)

Send a test email to yourself before final delivery to:

  • Check formatting

  • Review images

  • Confirm personalization

  • Ensure everything appears correctly


Step 8: Send Email

Once everything looks good, click Send Email.

Your listing email will be delivered at the scheduled time.
