How to Use the Roomvu Canva App

Bring your listings, MLS photos, AI portraits, and testimonials into Canva — and send finished designs back to Roomvu to distribute everywhere. Setup and how-to.

Canva is where a lot of agents already design — but Canva doesn't know your listings, your MLS photos and descriptions, your AI portraits, or your testimonials. The official Roomvu app for Canva fixes that. Connect it once with a free Roomvu account and all of your marketing assets are available right inside the Canva editor.

What you need

Just a free Roomvu account. Once you authorize the app, it connects to your account through the Roomvu MCP and pulls in your assets automatically — no MLS setup or manual uploads.

Add the app in Canva

  1. Open the Roomvu app in the Canva Apps Marketplace (or search Roomvu under Apps in Canva).

  2. Add the app and authorize it with your Roomvu account.

  3. Open the Roomvu app from the editor sidebar whenever you're designing.

Bring your assets into any design

Inside the Roomvu panel you'll find everything Canva was missing:

  • Listings — search by address and pull real MLS photos, listing details, and descriptions straight onto your design.

  • AI Portraits — drop in your professional AI headshots and lifestyle portraits.

  • Testimonials — add your real client reviews.

Pick an asset, drop it into your Canva design, and personalize from there.

Send your Canva designs back to Roomvu (two-way)

The integration works both ways. Made something you love in Canva? Import that design into Roomvu and distribute it across your whole marketing network in a few clicks:

  • Email campaigns

  • The big seven social media platforms

  • Your website

  • Your web blog

  • WhatsApp

  • Google My Business

Design once in Canva, then let Roomvu push it everywhere you show up.

Why it matters

Instead of hunting for your photos, retyping listing details, or starting from a blank canvas, your real content is already there — faster, easier, and on-brand. Design in the tool you already know, and let Roomvu handle both the assets going in and the distribution going out.
