How to use News2Video
Log in to your Roomvu account and scroll down to the More Tools section on the main page.
Click News2Video.
Click Get Your News2Video.
Copy and paste the link of the news article you want to share into the field provided.
Click Create My Video.
Review and edit your content
On the next page, Roomvu will automatically pull in information from the article. Before creating your video or image, you can preview and edit the fetched details including the title, source, and main message to make sure everything looks right.
Create your video or image
Once you are happy with the details, you have two options:
Option A: Create a Video
Click Create a Video. Your video will be generated automatically with your branding applied. Once it is ready, you can edit it further to adjust the font and graphical theme to better match your style.
You can also add a personal intro to the video to make it feel more authentic and personalized for your audience. This is a great way to add your own voice and perspective to the news you are sharing.
Option B: Create an Image
If you prefer a static format, you can create an image instead. This works well for quick shares on social media or in email campaigns.
