Roomvu lets you control how often content is scheduled on your content calendar, based on your posting goals and comfort level. Adjusting your frequency helps you stay consistent without overwhelming your audience.
This guide explains where to find the frequency settings and how to choose the right posting pace.
Why Content Frequency Matters
Posting too little can limit visibility, but posting too much can sometimes backfire on social media and reduce engagement. Finding the right balance helps your content perform better and keeps your audience interested.
Roomvu gives you the flexibility to choose how often content is scheduled so it fits your strategy.

Adjust each frequency based on how active you want your social media presence to be.
Step 5: Save your changes
Once you’re happy with the frequency, save your settings. Your content calendar will update going forward based on your preferences.
Best Practice: Don’t Max Out Frequency
While it may be tempting to schedule as much content as possible, we recommend:
Testing different frequencies
Avoiding maximum posting levels right away
Focusing on consistency over volume
A well-optimized posting schedule usually performs better than high-volume posting.
Can I Change This Later?
Yes. You can return to Content Calendar → Content Calendar Settings → Frequency at any time and adjust how often your content is scheduled as your needs change.
