VIP Support Sessions are live video calls where our support team helps you step by step. To keep the experience smooth and high-quality for everyone, we offer a limited number of sessions per day. That’s why we strongly recommend booking a time you are 100% sure you can attend.
Before You Book (Important)
To get the most out of your VIP Support Session, please make sure you are fully prepared before your call.
✅ Pick a time you can attend with no interruptions
VIP Support Sessions are reserved just for you. If you miss your session, that time slot cannot be easily replaced.
✅ Have your login details ready
Before your session starts, prepare any necessary credentials, such as:
Social media usernames and passwords
Email login details (if needed)
Any tools/accounts connected to your Roomvu account
✅ Use an up-to-date computer and browser
For the best experience, we recommend:
A working laptop or desktop computer
Google Chrome installed (preferred)
A stable internet connection
Camera and microphone working properly
Avoid Cancelling Unless It’s Truly Necessary
Because VIP Support Sessions are limited daily, we ask users to avoid cancelling unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
Cancelling last minute can prevent other users from getting help sooner, and it may delay your own support progress as well.
How to Reschedule Your VIP Support Session
If you still need to reschedule, you’ll need to book a new time through your dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to your Roomvu account
Go to your Roomvu dashboard.
Step 2: Click Get VIP Help
On the top-right corner on your dashboard, click Get VIP Help.
Step 3: Pick Support Type
Pick if the support session is about your branding design or a technical issue you are experiencing.
Step 3: Choose a new day and time
This will take you to the booking page, where you can view the latest available time slots.
Step 4: Confirm your booking
Pick the new time that works for you and complete the booking.
Can Roomvu Reschedule Sessions Manually?
At the moment, we cannot reschedule sessions manually.
This means:
We cannot adjust your booked time by a few minutes
We cannot move your session to the next hour or next day
We cannot accept rescheduling requests through support chat or email
VIP Support availability changes constantly, and the only accurate schedule is shown on the booking page.
To reschedule, you must book again through Get VIP Help in your dashboard.

Before your call starts, we recommend you:
Log in to your Roomvu account in advance
Log in to your social accounts if needed
Keep your passwords ready (or saved securely)
Close unnecessary apps and tabs to avoid slowing down your system
