🔊 Add Voice Clone to Listings
Give your listing videos a personal touch by adding your AI Cloned Voice — so every narration sounds just like you.
To add your voice clone:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click the Settings (⚙️ gear icon) at the top-right corner.
From the left-side menu, select Voice Over.
In front of Listing Videos, choose Cloned Voice from the dropdown.
If you don’t already have a cloned voice, read this article to learn how to create one.
Once set, your future listing videos will automatically use your cloned voice.
🎙 Edit or Update Your Voice Clone
If you want to refresh or re-record your cloned voice:
Go to Settings (⚙️) on the top-right of your dashboard.
From the left menu, select Voice Over.
In the Voice Clone section, click Update Voice Clone.
Follow the prompts to record or upload a new voice sample.
Your updated voice will automatically apply to future listing videos.
🏠 Immersive Tour: What It Is & How to Create It
The Immersive Tour feature transforms your property listing into an interactive, virtual walkthrough that gives viewers the feeling of touring the home in person.
To create an Immersive Tour:
From your dashboard, click MLS Listings on the left-side menu.
Find any listing and click the Three Dots (⋯) next to it.
Select Immersive Tour from the dropdown.
Wait a few minutes while Roomvu’s system automatically generates your immersive video.
If you don’t yet have any listings imported, read this article to learn how to import them.
Your immersive video will be ready shortly — you’ll be notified once it’s generated.
👩💼 How to Add Avatar to Listings
Your Avatar is your digital twin — it uses your headshot and cloned voice to represent you in your property videos.
How it works:
If you have uploaded a headshot and have a cloned voice, Roomvu will automatically include your avatar when you request an Immersive Tour.
No extra steps are required — the avatar is created and inserted automatically into your video.
💎 Who Can Use These Features
Platinum users: can fully use this feature — download, share, and schedule videos with their avatar.
All other users: the avatar video can still be generated for preview, but cannot be downloaded, shared, or scheduled.
