If you need to cancel your Roomvu subscription or update your billing details, you can now do this directly from your account settings. The process is simple and handled securely through Stripe.

How to Cancel Your Roomvu Subscription
Step 1: Log in to your Roomvu account
Sign in and stay on your main dashboard.
Step 2: Open Settings
Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the dashboard to enter Settings.
Step 3: Go to Payment & Billing
In the left menu, scroll down and click Payment & Billing.
Step 4: Click Cancel / Manage Subscription
Select Cancel / Manage Subscription.
You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Step 5: Manage your subscription in Stripe
Inside Stripe, you can:
Cancel your subscription
Update your payment method
Review your billing details
All changes are handled securely by Stripe.
After You Cancel
Once your subscription is cancelled:
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made after that period ends
