Where to find it
1. Open your dashboard and go to **Website & Lead Forms**.
3. Choose **Live Edit**. This opens up every editable section of your site, including your background video.
4. Find the background video tool and click **Generate**.
You'll notice we've already filled in a sample prompt for you. That's on purpose — most agents freeze when they see an empty box, so we wrote a starting point you can use as-is or tweak.
Write a prompt that gets a clean result
The prompt is where a good video is won or lost. Describe a real, cinematic view of your market — the kind of shot a film crew would capture if they flew into your city for the day.
Here's the shape of a strong prompt:
> A cinematic view of [your city or neighborhood], showcasing its character and lifestyle. Highlight its distinctive architecture, vibrant streets, parks, and waterfronts — whatever makes this location unique. The scene should accurately reflect the city's real atmosphere and landscape.
Then, every single time, end your prompt with these four rules:
No people. No text. No logos. No watermarks.
Those four lines are the difference between a polished, professional loop and a cluttered one. Don't skip them.
When your prompt is ready, hit generate. This takes around **five minutes**, so start it, go do something else, and come back — it runs on the latest AI models and it's worth the short wait.
Approve it and push it live
1. When the video is ready, open it to preview.
2. Head back into **Settings** and click **Approve**.
3. Click **Save changes**, then refresh your website.
That's it. Your new background is live. A shot that would have cost you a shoot, an editor, and a developer is done in a single sitting.
