roomvu now integrates with WhatsApp, giving you a direct line between your content calendar and your phone. Once connected, every piece of content you schedule or manually share through roomvu is automatically sent to your WhatsApp as well.
Please note: The WhatsApp integration is currently in beta. roomvu is actively monitoring performance and stability and will be rolling it out to more users over time.
Who Can Use It
The WhatsApp integration is visible to all roomvu users, but activating it requires an active Platinum subscription or higher.
If you are on a lower plan and would like access, you can upgrade your subscription from the Plan & Billing section of your account settings.
What the Integration Does
Once your WhatsApp account is connected:
Any content scheduled through your roomvu Content Calendar will automatically be delivered to your WhatsApp
You receive a copy of your content directly on your phone, giving you a convenient preview and record of everything going out
How to Connect Your WhatsApp Account
Log in to your roomvu dashboard
Click "More" in the bottom left side to enter social media integration menu.
Click "WhatsApp" and Follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp account
Once connected, content will begin arriving on your phone automatically alongside your scheduled posts
