What is a Group Support Session?
Group Support Sessions are daily live sessions hosted on Zoom where multiple users join at the same time and get their issues addressed by our support team. Unlike individual sessions, these are available much sooner, often as early as the next day.
When you join, the session is divided into separate breakout rooms on Zoom, each focused on a specific topic. You simply choose the breakout room that matches your issue and join. Each room typically has between one and six users at a time.

How does it work?
Our support team works through each user's issue one by one within the breakout room. Because of the group nature of these sessions, please come prepared and be patient while others are being helped before you.

One of the things our users love most about Group Support Sessions is that while you are waiting for your turn, you get to listen in as other users get their issues resolved. Most of the time these issues come down to features that users were not fully aware of, which means every session doubles as an educational experience. Many users leave having learned things about the platform they never knew existed, even if it had nothing to do with the reason they originally joined.

How to book a Group Support Session
From your roomvu dashboard, click Get (VIP) Help in the top right corner.
Click Group Support Session.
Pick a date and time. Sessions are typically available as early as the next day.
