Not Receiving the Constant Contact Verification Email?

Guide for roomvu Platinum users who have not received the Constant Contact verification email. Covers common reasons the email may be missing and step-by-step instructions for resending the verification email from within Constant Contact settings.

Updated yesterday

When activating your email marketing integration with roomvu, you will receive a verification email from Constant Contact to the email address associated with your roomvu account. In most cases this email arrives within a few minutes, but occasionally users report not seeing it in their inbox.

Before requesting a new verification email, here are the two most common reasons this happens:

  • The verification email has landed in your spam or junk folder. Check there first before taking any further steps.

  • You may be checking the wrong email inbox. Make sure you are looking in the inbox associated with the email address you used to sign up for roomvu.

If you have checked both and still cannot find the verification email, here is how to request a new one.

Important: This feature requires a Platinum plan

The Constant Contact email marketing integration is only available to users on the roomvu Platinum plan. Make sure your account is on the correct plan before proceeding.

How to resend the Constant Contact verification email

  • In your roomvu account, go to the Email Marketing section.

  • Click Login to access your Constant Contact account.

  • Once inside Constant Contact, click your username in the top right corner.

  • Click Settings from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Settings window, click the Account Emails tab.

  • Under the Email Addresses section, find your email address. It is usually listed in the second row.

  • Click the three dots next to your email address.

  • Click Resend Verification Email.

The verification email will be sent to your email address again. Check your inbox and spam folder, and click Verify in the email to complete the activation.
