Before you begin
Plan level: You must be on a Platinum+ subscription.
Accounts needed:
Business Instagram – linked to a Facebook Page (for regular Roomvu posting). Connecting IG is more recommended for IG itself.
Personal Instagram – linked to your Facebook profile (for auto‑sharing).
Permissions: Have your Facebook login handy; Meta will ask you to grant access twice.
1. Add your business Instagram (for publishing)
Log in to Roomvu and click the Content Calendar from the left side menu. Then click "Connect More Socials".
Connect Instagram Business.
Select your Business Instagram in the Meta pop‑up and allow all requested permissions.
Back in roomvu, confirm it appears under Connected Accounts with the Publishing toggle ON.
2. Add your personal Instagram (for Facebook profile sharing)
Stay in the same menu and click Instagram.
Choose your Personal Instagram in the Meta pop‑up.
Grant the permissions. (Meta automatically detects its link to your Facebook profile via Accounts Center.)
In Roomvu, turn the Publishing toggle OFF for this account (we won’t post to the personal IG feed).
Make sure Share to Facebook Profile is ON.
