Create engaging content
Create branded videos based on your content
Update videos regularly with new content
Make a contact list
Create different emails
Embed those videos in your emails
Send emails
With your Roomvu Agent Profile, you need to:
Upload contacts
Choose your branded video
Send emails
Emailing Videos
Before we can continue with the tutorial, you must ensure you have your contact list uploaded to your Roomvu account under Email Marketing.
In the sidebar navigation on the left, click on "Email Newsletters" and then click "Use Library" then click choose video.
Choose a video form the list or use search to find one.
Then pick your contacts. You can also edit the subject, messaging and other elements. Just make sure you do not modify variables in Brackets [] like [client's name]. These are placeholders and our system will replace them with their corresponding data from your and your contacts info.
Finally, click on Save and Send.
