What is Alex?
Alex is an AI-powered assistant that knows your roomvu account personally. It can see your current setup, track your progress, identify what still needs to be completed, and guide you step by step toward getting the full value out of your subscription.
When you open Alex, you will see a score out of 100 at the top of the screen. This is your account performance score and it reflects how fully you have set up and are using your roomvu account. How to access Alex
Log in to your roomvu account.
From your main dashboard, click AI Success Coach.
Alex will greet you, show your current account score, and tell you what steps are still pending.
Type your question or request in the message field and press Send.
You can ask Alex anything roomvu-related in plain language. For example:
"How do I connect my Instagram?"
"What steps do I still need to complete?"
"Can you help me set up my email marketing?"
