Why You’re Receiving Calls from the Roomvu Support Team

When you log into your roomvu account, our Support & SDR (Sales Development Representative) team may reach out to you. These calls are not sales pressure—they’re part of our onboarding and support process to make sure you’re getting full value from the platform.

Here’s how it works:

  • Calls are triggered only after you log in to the Roomvu platform

  • Our team’s role is to:

    • Help you get fully onboarded

    • Walk you through features and benefits included at no cost, courtesy of your brokerage (if your brokerage has an agreement with us)

    • Answer questions and make sure your account is set up properly

  • Support outreach happens at most once every two weeks

  • No agent is contacted more than once for the same reason or conversation

  • The goal is to ensure you can confidently use the platform and enjoy all included benefits

Want Fewer or No Calls?

That’s completely okay.

  • You can simply tell our team that you’d like to be added to our Do-Not-Disturb (DND) list

  • Once noted, we’ll respect that preference moving forward

Important to Know

  • These calls are support-initiated, not random

  • They exist to help you succeed with the tools already available to you

  • If you ever have questions, our team is there as a resource—not an obligation
