How to access your VuCard settings
Log in to your roomvu account and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
You will land on the VuCard settings page where you can customize everything that appears on your card. A live preview on the right side of the screen updates as you type so you can see exactly how your card will look before saving.
How to customize your VuCard
Profile Photo
Your profile photo is the first thing visitors see on your VuCard. You can upload and personalize your photo directly from the VuCard settings page by clicking Change Portrait. Choose a professional, approachable photo that represents you well.
Business Information
Your name, tagline, location, and phone number are displayed prominently on your card. Click Edit Profile to make sure all your details are accurate and up to date. Accuracy builds trust and avoids missed opportunities.
Social Media Links
In the Social Accounts section, add the profile links for each platform including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Only the platforms you add links for will appear as icons on your VuCard, so make sure your most active profiles are filled in.
Bio
Use the Bio field to tell visitors who you are, who you help, and why they should work with you. A strong, complete bio increases the chance of someone reaching out after visiting your card.
