Automatic Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. This ensures continuous access to roomvu services without interruptions.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription before it renews, follow these steps:
Log into your roomvu Account: Navigate to the "My Account" page.
Contact Support: Alternatively, reach out to our Customer Support Department at [email protected] before the renewal date.
App Store Users: If you're using the roomvu app on your smartphone, you can cancel directly through the settings in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account.
Once you've canceled, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan.
Permanent Account Deletion
To permanently terminate your subscription and delete your account:
Log into your account.
Go to "My Account."
Select "Delete Account" to complete the process.
Once your account is deleted, your subscription will not be renewed, and all paid services will end.
Refund Policy
Please note that roomvu does not offer prorated refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. However, you won't receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
