Your reviews and testimonials are some of your most powerful marketing assets. roomvu lets you import them from multiple sources and automatically share them across your social media, VuCard, and website with your branding applied. Once the setup is complete, the process runs on its own.
How it works
roomvu fetches the 5 most recent reviews from Google and 10 from Zillow during the initial import.
Only reviews with a rating of 4 stars or higher are imported.
New reviews are fetched and added automatically on a weekly basis, so your content stays fresh without any manual effort.
Note: If you notice fewer reviews imported than expected, one common reason is that reviews without any written text are not imported, only those with a rating and no accompanying comment are skipped. If you have reviews that appear on Google or Zillow but are not showing up in roomvu, this is likely why. Please note this may not be the only reason in every case.
How to import your reviews
There are several ways to connect your review sources to roomvu. Click the "Gear" icon on the top right corner to enter settings. Then on the left menu find and click "Client Reviews (Testimonials)" to enter the interface.
Google Business Profile (connected account)
If you have already connected your Google Business Profile to roomvu for content sharing, roomvu can use that same connection to import your reviews. This is the simplest option if your Google account is already linked.
If you want to import reviews from a different Google Business page than the one connected to roomvu, make sure you are logged in to that Google account in your browser before proceeding.
Import via Google Maps Link
If you prefer to import reviews using a direct Google Maps link, follow these steps:
Go to google.com/maps.
Search for your name or business name.
Click Share on your Google Business listing.
Click Copy Link to copy the URL.
Paste the link into roomvu testimonials import engine.

Import from Testimonial Tree
To connect your Testimonial Tree account, you will need your API token. Here is how to find it:
Log in to your Testimonial Tree account.
Navigate to Management then API.
Click Generate API Authentication Token.
Copy the token that appears. On PC use Ctrl+C and on Mac use Command+C.
Paste the token into the corresponding field in roomvu.
Import from Zillow
To import your Zillow reviews, enter the email address associated with your Zillow profile into the Zillow field in roomvu. The system will automatically locate and import your reviews.
Import Manually
This is the less convenient way but if the review you have is not on the above platforms, you can add it manually.
