How to Connect roomvu to Zapier

Link your roomvu account to Zapier and automate what happens with your leads and account events across thousands of apps.

Zapier connects roomvu to over 6,000 apps, letting you build automations (called Zaps) that trigger actions in your other tools whenever something happens in roomvu. Setting up the connection takes just a few minutes and only needs to be done once.

Step 1: Get Your roomvu API Key

Log in to your roomvu account

Click the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right side

Scroll down and find Integrations on the left menu

Find Zapier in the list

Copy your API key

Keep this key handy, you'll need it in a moment. Treat it like a password: don't share it publicly.

Step 2: Create a Zap in Zapier

Log in to your Zapier account

Click + Create on the top left side

Select Zaps

Step 3: Set roomvu as the Trigger

Click the Trigger button

In the search bar, type roomvu and click it in the results

When prompted, enter your API key (from Step 1) and the email address associated with your roomvu account

That's it, your roomvu account is now connected to Zapier.

Step 4: Define Your Action

With the trigger in place, choose what should happen when the trigger fires. This is the "action" side of your Zap: sending an email, adding a contact to your CRM, posting a notification to your team, or anything else Zapier's app library supports.

Step 5: Test and Publish

Before wrapping up:

Test the Zap to make sure the trigger and action work together as expected

Publish the Zap so it starts running automatically

Your automation is now live. Zapier will handle the rest whenever the trigger event occurs in roomvu.

A Few Tips

  • The connection only needs to be set up once. After that, you can build as many Zaps with roomvu as you like without re-entering your API key.

  • If the connection fails, double-check that you copied the full API key and that the email matches the one on your roomvu account exactly.

  • You can revisit the Integrations section in your roomvu settings anytime to retrieve your API key again.
