Outro Slides on roomvu

The outro slide appears in the last 3 seconds of all videos and can be customized with additional phone numbers, credentials, a website, and a slogan. AI Portraits are separate static images and are not currently included on the outro slide.

Updated this week

roomvu allows you to add a personalized intro and outro to your video content, giving every video a professional and branded finish. These are separate from your AI Portrait, which is a static image used on content like slideshows, video covers, and other branding materials.

What are intro and outro slides?

Outro slide: A closing slide that appears during the last 3 seconds of every video. It displays your contact information and branding, giving viewers a clear way to reach you after watching.

Your AI Portrait is not currently included on the outro slide. The outro is a separate element with its own design and editable fields.

What information appears on the outro slide?

The outro slide pulls your basic profile information automatically, but you can also customize it with additional details. Here is what you can edit:

Field

Additional Phone Number / Titles

Add a secondary phone number or additional professional titles

Additional License Number / Credentials

Add extra license numbers or professional credentials beyond your primary ones

Website

  1. Log in to your roomvu account and click the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Video Intro & Outro section on the left menu.

  3. Fill in or update any of the fields you would like to appear on your outro.

A note on AI Portraits and outro slides

We understand that many users would love to see their AI Portrait featured on their outro slide. While this is not currently available, we are always working on expanding our customization options. If this is something you would like to see added, we encourage you to share your feedback with our team.
